Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. AVG Days Late

Hello Guys,

While accessing the details through Customer Account menu,

Collections--Customer Account , the Average Late days filed is not calculated in R12, where as it does in 11i. Screen shot attached.

Any idea, if there is some issue in R12 Customer Account form.
