Patch 14610520 requires password to download

Dears,I am downloading patch 14610520:R12.CE.B , it is asking for password in order to download, the one requested the patch provided a password to download it, the password worked for US version of the patch but did not work for its Arabic translation, please i need the password for this patch translation so i can apply it ASAP.
