Barring vs Suspension best practise
I need your input concerning the way how to manage functionalities of barring/Suspension.
When it comes to suspension my Telco client has the following requirement:
- 1st stage of suspension, called barring: in such stage the GSM Service is partially blocked (only outgoing or incoming call) but is still entitled to request changes like “Rate Plan”, Change SIM Card, Change MSISDN, etct
- 2nd stage of suspension, called Full Suspension: in such stage the only transactions the customer is entitled to do against his GSM Service is disconnecting or resuming it.
