R03B525 Requirement to run out of hours?

The documentation I have read seems to indicate that this program should be run in the evening and/or the morning (suggesting when users are not on the system).   Can R03B8525 be run during the day to update the Account Balance Inquiry when other users are on the system accessing tables such as the F03B11, F0101?   Apart from increasing the length of time to run, what issues might arise from running R03B525 during normal processing hours?
