step to Re run the TC again after restoring data

dear  ;

i have created  upgrade plan for spec Merg for . by mistake i forgot to uncheck the  control table  upgrade/merge . 

my question is  :  i need to run the  upgrade plan  for control  library again with the latest  fresh data  .   can i restore the library again and create new plan and run it.  if yes  do i have to reset some setting on deployment server  planner ENV , before running it again .
