Customize the Mobile Page in a Technical Perspective

Hi,
These is requirement  to customize the Mobile Sub-Inv Transfer Page Technically.

I am not able to understand from where should I start the Process. I am not getting any reference Document.
Please help me to understand the process in which i can Modify the functionality (I have knowledge of Core Java ).
