Business process is null in front end after R12.1.3 upgrade
We have Business process associated with Service request types in 11i.
After our R12 upgrade,we noticed that for one of the Service request type(Customer Service Request-which is seeded one) the business process has become null in front end whereas in the back end
select * from CS_INCIDENT_TYPES_VL where BUSINESS_PROCESS_ID is NULL,it displayed a value .Is this a known issue in R12?
