Purpose of AVCO in F43121 ???

Hi,
What is the Logic behind the "Cost Difference (AVCO)" in F43121 ???
Based on the this Cost Difference, there is a difference difference in TAX Portions between the F43121 and F0911.
Kindly explain it detail and also how to avoid this difference in the future transactions ???
