ssh breaks when moving server from inside enclave to DMZ

Hello, I have a T3-1 with Solaris 11.1 SRU 3.5.1  configured as a landing zone server that shall sit in the DMZ. This server allows folks on the outside to drop files where they can be picked up by folks on the inside. I built the server and got it STIG'd and it runs just fine; however, when I move it to the DMZ changin the IP, Mask and resolv.conf, using svccfg of course, you can connect to the box via console port, you can ssh from the box to other box'es but you can't use Tectia to ssh into the
