R30802A WIP & Completion / R30804 Variance - Batch Programs not creating GL Batches...

Hello.
We are trying to run R30802A as well as R30804  after Work Order completion. However, when run on proof or final mode, get PDF which states that there are no errors and batch is ready to post. But batch review does not show any batch nor PDF shows accounting entries.

What could the reason be.

This is EnterpriseOne 9.0
