LCM - Shipment workbench error out

 Dear Oracle,
We have entered a PO in an LCM enabled organization.
When we create shipment, and then in 'Find Expected Shipment Lines' > Enter the PO Number > Go, it gives the following error "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
The screenshot is also attached for your assistance.

he navigation path is as follows:

Landed Cost management Responsibility > Shipment > Workbench > Create Shipment > Lines > Find Expected Shipment Lines > Go > The following error appears "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."
