is there a way to disable the radio button "Deliver notifications to me regardless of any general rules" when setting up the vacation rule?

I set to "False" the "Rendered" property of the message styled text "Deliver notifications to me regardless of any general rules" on the page "Vacation Rule: Response",  Document Name  /oracle/apps/fnd/wf/worklist/webui/RouteRuleRespPG

but the related radio button is still visible and checkable
