12.1.3 Upgrade from 12.1.1
We perform upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3.
Subsequent to testing solution was successfully migrated to Production environment.
After giving instance to users we faced lot of issues relating to Purchasing and Financial Modules.
Such as :
- You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
- Data - Approve Requisitions, an error raised: Failed Activity Reserve Document
- PO output for communication not showing "Requester/Deliver To" in report output
- Supplier Payment History - Concurrent Request
etc. etc.
and solutions are already documented.
Management needs to know the following:
1. Why these patches are not included in Upgrade Maintenance Pack - those are already documented and Oracle have proper solution?
