Internet Expenses Reporting and Analysis

 Hi,I am trying to configure Expense Reporting using the responsibility "Internet Expenses Reporting and Analysis". When I try to search for the expense report then I get the below mentioned error

"<<Emp Name>> does not belong to your management hierarchy"

And when I try to access the tab "Reporting Access" tab I get the below mentioned error

"You do not have access rights to this page. Please contact your system administrator."

Kindly let me know what could be the issue?
