Information regarding associated requisitions and PO

Hi,

How can I get following information from table 'PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL' ---

(1) Whether a particular requisition has been converted to purchase order or not?

(2) If yes,then what is the PO number associated to that PR.

If I cannot get this from  'PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL', then can I get associated requisition informationfrom 'PO.PO_HEADERS_ALL'?
