Unable to Drilldown to the Feeder System Transactions

Hello All,

We have two production instances (R12.1.2 and R12.1.3) and we are unable to drilldown to the feeder transactions from the Account Enquiry Window in R12.1.3 and this functionality is working fine in R12.1.2. When clicking on the Feeder Transaction option from TOOLS, Its throwing an error message as "You do not have the necessary privileges to drill down to the detail feeer transactions for this source". I'm uploading the error screenshot.

I have checked the function exclusions, menu set ups, customizations on the forms, profile options, journal source setup and My Oracle Support, yet I couldn't found any abnormal or clue on this. Please let me know if any one encountered this issue already
