Chart of Account mapping from 2 segment combination to 1 segment

We have a requirement to map a segment in the secondary ledger chart of account based on the combination of 2 segments in the primary ledger chart of accounts. How can we achieve this?

Also, if I can derive the value for a particular segment based on a DFF attribute or any thing else like a lookup value, is that achievable in oracle?
