Costing Tables Decimal Precision Modification

Has anyone modified the costing fields e.g. TL_COST, LL_COST, and lots more - I kinow it's probably seventy fields and hundreds of tables.  But we have requirement to increase precision to right of decimal from four to six while maintaining length to left at ten.
