Task number dropped from Inventory Move Order

Hello,

We created some move orders to Projects in our EBS Inventory 12.1.3 application and then fully transacted them.  They went through SLA and to the GL just fine.  Somewhere along the line the task number was dropped and now these move orders cannot be transfered to Projects because they are missing task numbers.  We know that tasks were originally entered because a move order cannot be approved and transacted until a project and task are entered, they are both required fields.  Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?  I think we need a behind the scenes fix to update the task field.
