startup/shutdown

hello,

this question concerns a database stig requirement where when using startup and shutdown, that the system verify that the files use are trustworthy files, spefically:

The DBMS opens data files and reads configuration files at system startup, system shutdown andduring abort recovery efforts. If the DBMS does not verify the trustworthiness of these files, it isvulnerable to malicious alterations of its configuration or unauthorized replacement of data.

we are using oracle 11G.  Is there a setting somehwere to configure this, or is this an oracle security product that must be purchased?
