Possible to Overwrite MBOS tag and add Spacing or Headlines (not captions) between questions

Hi!
We are working on a rather elaborate request for additional spacing and margins in the webform between the questions and answers.

We also would like to add a fancy headline between 2 questions in a webform.

Is it possible to overwrite these features of the MBOS tag?
