Fusion client: Problem changing the position of hierarchies along their axis

Hi,when inverting the positions of hierarchies tiles along their axes, sometimes (not always)
it happens that all the cells assume the same values (e.g a percentage planned before).
I tried both with FireFox and Internet Explorer and I had the same problem
(note that, as written above it doesn't happen every time).
Rpas version is 13.3.1.2.
Does anyone know if it is a known problem?
