Installation of OEL on VM box & Oracle 11G on OEL.

Dear Friends,

   I am planning to install OEL on a virtual box on my Windows 7 laptop. I installed Virtual Box on my laptop. struggling to find some documentation to install OEL and sudsequently Oracle 11G on OEL.

   Request someone tio help me with the proper installation steps to do both the installations.
