Patch error - Upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 - u6678700.drv failing on paxincx1.sql ENIIMTDX.sql

 I'm running an upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 and the upgrade driver is failing with the following errors. Any help is appreciated.

           FAILED: file ENIIMTDX.sql on worker  2.

           FAILED: file amviccd.sql  on worker 11.

           FAILED: file amviccn.sql  on worker 14.
