Displaying element entry value in Employee self-service

We are on R12.1.3.  We have a need to add the ability for an employee to view their retirement deduction percentage under employee self-service.   This percent is stored in element entry values for the retirement element.

 

I'm relatively new to Self-service personalizations and am looking for input as to whether this is possible and if so, how would you go about doing this?
