R 12.1.3 report manager downloads only the template into Excel, no data

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3, I am on a new PC, Windows 7 64 bit and have Office 2010.

When I run FSG from  Reports Manager it completes fine, I click on Excel to download and it only downloads the FSG Template and NO data.

I have checked all of the IE 9 setups and Excel 2010 setups and they are exactly set as in Note 1077728.1.

Does anyone have an idea why I am not getting the data?
