asking multiple login when trying to upload from Web ADI Excel sheets

Hi there, 

We have an issue by the steps below:

1) create excel sheet by "Create Documents" menu in Web ADI. 
2) populate data in the Excel sheet (connection to Oracle is lost)
3) when trying to connect to Oracle for LOV or upload, the Excel sheet ask to log into Oracle two times. 

I am wondering if any of you had such an issue and if you found a resolution.
