Patch :13563481:R12.AP.B:Linux x86:12.1.3:failed to generate file IBYCPTST.pll

Hi,
when applying patch 13563481:R12.AP.B file IBYCPTST.pll is not generated successfully.

Dropping AD_DEFERRED_JOBS table...

DROP TABLE AD_DEFERRED_JOBS PURGE


AD_DEFERRED_JOBS table dropped.


The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au    resource    IBYCPTST.pll



An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.

 Freeing includes hash table
