NLS Synch patch failed with No translatable template defined for this template code JGTPDBLWGGD.xlf

Hi

We are on the following release
Apps R12.1.3
DB  11.2.0.3

I have applied an NLS Synchronisation patch for Spanish (generated from adgennls.pl )

The Patch errored on XLIFFLoader file JGTPDBLWGGD.xlf


I skipped the worker and continued with the patch.


Error is -
