Error - when try to close the period - ORA-02019: connection description for remote database not fou

Hi Team

I have got the below error when try to close the GL/AP/AR period, i hope this relating to database issue, can any one help on this issue

 

ORA-02019: connection description for remote database not found

ORA-06512: at "APPS.AM_GL_PERIOD_STATUSES_UAR" , line 11

ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger "APPS.AM_GL_PERIOD_STATUSES_UAR"
