Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Can anyone clarify in detail what is the use of Launch planning process parameters i.e. Anchor date & Plan Horizon?

I have gone through documentation but the use of Anchor date & Plan Horizon is not clear to me.
