Siebel Repository Merge

Hello
I have a problem doing siebel upgrade from 8.2 to 8.2.2. I ran the database configuration utility and chose upgrep option which went fine by creating a repository file. I than run an upgrade wizard utility for siebel using the created repository.  Now it is failing to merge repository, it says merge abandoned.
