Workflow Question

Currently, I have two workflows set up that automatically bring the account address to the contact address fields (activated by using a checkbox). For the first workflow, the trigger event is Before modified record saved (record type is contact). When the user needs to quickly create a contact but does not know the contact address, he/she will simply leave it blank and fill out this information later. If the address is the same as the account, the user simply clicks the checkbox and the address is automatically populated. The second workflow I have has the trigger event When new record
