User Security

When creating a new User in JDE,  there is a place to put how many days teh user has before they have to change their password BUT is there a place that I can check to force the new user to change their password the first time they sign on?  We have in the past creaed new users with their password the same as the user profile, assuming that the user would change it once they signed on,  but we have found that they aren't doing that so we would like to force them to enter a new password the
