Unable to start ASM / Database

Our database suddenly stopped. We started it up again, and it stopped a couple of minutes later. After that, it wouldn't start at all, so we restarted the server. Since then, we haven't been able to start the database nor ASM. Take note that a couple of hours before the database stopped, we added 2 disks to the DATA diskgroup. We were able to use the databases afterward though so we don't know if it's a coincidence or not. This is a single node RAC.

Here are the problems we’re having:

Command 1 to start database (User Oracle)
$ srvctl start database -d spacpes1
