Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. README for ODA Patch 14851480 - Patch Bundle 2.5.0.0.0 was not ready for release

It appears that someone wasn't finished editing the README for Patch 14851480 - Patch Bundle 2.5.0.0.0.

These are the issues I noticed with it while doing my first ODA install:

The "Internal" links in the document point to the "Appliance Team Workspace" in the Beehive:

Eg: https://stbeehive.oracle.com/content/dav/st/Appliance Team Workspace/Documents/2.5_Readme/README.2.5.0.0.0.html#_4_New_features

In Section 2: The references to the oakcli command should be fully qualified: /opt/oracle/oak/bin/oakcli.

(It would also be nice to know if there is any reason to not put the /opt/oracle/oak/bin/ in PATH. I didn't because I assumed that this convenience would be in the image if it did not cause some other problem; but inconsistency in how the oakcli command is referenced in this documentation did give me pause.)
