CASE statement to compare last modified dates

Hi,

I'm trying to create a report that highlights all my open opportunities but at the same time shows me the opportunities that haven't been edited in 30 days or more.

I'm using this expression in the report column but its not doing what I expect

CASE WHEN (Opportunity."Last Modified" < (Opportunity."Last Modified"- 30)) THEN 'PLS REVIEW' END

any guidance would be helpful.
