Restrict View of Job Specific Resumes to Manager in iRecruitment

We would like to restrict the access our managers have to the resumes and attached documents the applicant attaches when applying for a position. We have applied the profile IRC: Show Applications at responsibility level to restrict access to application information and we are awaiting a patch to fix this as it's not working correctly. However when testing it seems the latest resume attached as part of an application will be viewed for any job and not the specific doc attached during the job application process. Has anyone been able to restrict access to documents based on what jpb application they
