Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Add xml template give page no longer active error

To reproduce the error:

1. Navigate to XML Publisher Administrator->Home->Template

2. Search for name (In our case will the three letter business unit)

3. Select the first one that came up from the search list

4. Click on Add File button

5. Selected an RTF file from the browse list, input English for language and when try to select Territory, it gives an error

You are trying to access a page that is no longer active - The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed.

No sure where to start to investigate this issue. I have searched google and this site. Haven't found anything yet. Any suggestions?
