unable to mount asm disk group

I am unable to mount one of the asm disk group after storage guys played with the luns.    I am trying to figure out if i can fix this issue otherwise we will have to recreate the database and do a refresh from prod.

The thing is that i dont see any header errors and all disks are seen as MEMBER . how can i debug ? iam enclosing bunch of info including the alert log section showing the disks are discovered without errors.

      +ASM /u01/gi/product/11203
(+ASM)/u01/gi/product/11203/dbs $ kfod asm_diskstring='/dev/rdsk/*' disks=all
