Some Index marked unusable

I understand that the database administrator for EBS application is a little different than those for non EBS application.

I saw in the alert log file

Index PJI.PJI_FP_AGGR_PJP1_N1 or some [sub]partitions of the index have been marked unusable
Index PJI.PJI_FP_AGGR_PJP1_N2 or some [sub]partitions of the index have been marked unusable
Index PJI.PJI_FP_AGGR_PJP1_N4 or some [sub]partitions of the index have been marked unusable

But since this is for EBS application. I am not sure if the index will be treated as the same as index for non EBS database?
