Worker failures running 12.1.1 upgrade driver

I have a number of jobs failing while running the upgrade driver. Any suggestions? 

Please see the error messages below.
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

           FAILED: file aso_bi_qot_aprb_mv.xdf on worker  1.
           FAILED: file biv_clo_sum_mv.xdf on worker  2.
           FAILED: file aso_bi_qot_rulb_mv.xdf on worker  3.
           FAILED: file biv_act_sum_mv.xdf on worker  4.
           FAILED: file bix_email_details_mv.xdf on worker  5.
           FAILED: file bim_i_ld_header_mv.xdf on worker  6.
           FAILED: file biv_bac_sum_mv.xdf on worker  7.
           FAILED: file aso_bi_qlin_l1_mv.xdf on worker  8.
