I'm checking bug of database 11.2.0.3.x.
I'm checking the bug 14505752 now. and I have some questions for this bug.

Bug 14505752 - Duplicate entries when processing large XML data [ID 14505752.8]

please answer my questions if you know.

Q. What kind of process may I encounter this bug ?
     Is this bug only specific function's problem ?
   
Q. How large size of XML document may I encounter this bug ?
   My customer's database have average 10KB XML document on BinaryXML storage. total is over 1TB.
   
Q. What happen in this bug? (Duplicate?)
   I am imagining as follows. Is this correct?
   
   in very large xml
