R12 Ugrade Documentation for a start up

Hi,

 

I was hoping if anyone could help me or direct me in the right direction- We are planning to upgrade to R12 this year. I wanted to check with someone have any kind of documentation that they could share, or direct me towards, which talks about what major things R12 brings when it comes to the following modules.

 

 

1.       Oracle Inventory Management and its functionalities like Cycle Counting, Consigned Inventory, anything around Min Max or other Inventory functions such as RCV etc

2.       Quality Module

3.       Oracle Discrete Manufacturing

4.       Oracle Cost Management

5.       Oracle Shop Floor Management

6.       Oracle Supply Chain Globalization

7.       Oracle Manufacturing Execution System for Discrete Manufacturing
