Assembling and Dismantling the assemblies

Dear All,

System should support to dismantle assemblies, separating the components from Assembly s for completed Jobs.

There are two products which are finished goods called XYZ and ABC, to perform the testing at test bed need two items separately. These products cannot be tested independently and should not test the same Item for second time. Once the testing is completed operator will dismantle the assembly and Products will dispatch separately to the different customers or same customers with different locations

To perform testing both the Items should have equal qty.

Can any one suggest the solution?
