Project locator segment showing while doing PO receipt

 Hi,

We have project organization and enable locator control as row,rack,bin,project,task. 

We recently created new org(Not project org) and enable loctor control at "determined at sub inv level". (this is the only org we enable locator control).

Now while receiving against PO oracle showing all 5 key segments(mentioned above) but while doing Misc.receipt/wip compl/etc....we are able to see only row,rack,bin.

Why is this.
