Move Order line present in Material Transaction but not costed & has Error as CST_INVALID_TXFR

HI,

I have a Move Order line which is present in Material Transaction but it is not costed & stuck with error as CST_INVALID_TXFR.

I searched Metalink & found ID FAQ: Inventory Standard Datafixes [ID 568012.1], which mentions a data fix as update_mmt_subtrx_subloc.sql, but could not find the data fix.

Is there any solution to it & want to why this error is occuring ?
