Oracle Reports Builder 11.1.2.0 crashes after new install

Hi,

I have done the following but cannot get reports builder to start, although forms start up ok - any help will be greatly appreciated.

PC Properties:Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise - Service Pack 1
Processor : Intel CPU @ 3.10 GHz, Memory : 4GB, System Type : 64-bit

1. Install WebLogic Server 10.3.5 (32 bit) : wls1035_win32.exe
2. Install Forms and Reports Software 11.1.2 (32 bit) : ofm_frmrpts_win_11.1.2.0.0_32_disk1_1of1
3. Patch Forms and Reports Software (p14745999) : p14745999_111200_MSWIN-x86-64.zip
4. Configure Forms and Reports Software 11.1.2 (32 bit)
5. Programs -> Oracle Classic Instance -> Developer Tools -> Start Reports Builder
Screen Displayed : Oracle Reports Developer - OFM 11g
Screen Displayed : Reports Builder has stopped working -> View problem details
