Does once valueset populate twice

 Busineer Requirement : we have a DFF and its one segment we attach the value sets of all the employee within the Organization. Now we want if a user can select no. of employees  in one segment ??

For Example 
the name of DFF segment is NAME and value set is attach containing Employees. now me wanted the user can select more than one employee in a segment ????
