Hi,
We need to know the impact of applying the UK EOY/Start of Year Changes(16199340) patch before the RTI patches.
The year end patch said that it included the RTI changes. We need to confirm this. Please let us know the impact of this.

We are planning to apply the patch before the March payroll and the RTI patches will be applied later. We need to be careful because applying the patch before the march payroll may be dangerous.
